One badly worded email, written months before a request lands, can cost your school weeks of work later. A wide-ranging SAR can

pull in thousands of pages, and every one must be found, checked and reviewed against a one-month deadline. Most of these are

duplicates but somewhere in it is those records could be a line that causes harm or a complaint if it is not considered fully.
